The Rotocon family only partners with brands committed to engineering high-quality products – a valuable customer asset as substrates get thinner and thinner and quality and precision requirements increase – ensuring there’s never a need to compromise or experience production interruptions.
To satisfy the technology investment needs of smaller-scale labelling operations, Rotocon started developing and trailing its Ecoline range of finishing equipment in 2013, and officially launched the brand in 2017. Over a 100 of these systems have since been sold and commissioned in South Africa, Mauritius, Europe, Australia and the US. In May 2019, the Ecoline RDF-340 digital finishing machine and Ecoline RSI-340 slitter/rewinder joined Screen Europe’s demonstration centre line-up in The Netherlands.

Businesses that have recently partnered with Rotocon include Vredendal-based Stellar Winery and Brackenfell-based Coastal Labels. A new Screen Truepress Jet L350UV digital press joined Stellar and Coastal Labels’ technology line-up along with an Ecoline RDF-340 digital converting and finishing system.
Both were locally supplied by Rotocon, augmenting its fleet of world-class flexographic presses.
