We are expanding our European sales team in Ahrensburg with a Sales Development Representative who will be the first voice our future customers hear. Is that you?

Job Overview
As a Sales Development Representative you qualify incoming interest, reactivate former customers and hand over clean, well-prepared appointments to our sales team. You are not working for “just anyone”: ROTOCON is a global technology leader with more than 1,000 installed machines in the label and narrow web printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Qualifying prospects and booking appointments by phone — you establish interest, prepare the conversation and hand a clean appointment to the sales team
• Reactivating former customers — you contact customers who stopped ordering, find out why, and rebuild interest in working with us
• Keeping conversation history and customer data clean in the CRM — you document every call, prepare the information for the sales team and make sure the handover runs smoothly
What Matters To Us
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness — you know how to open a conversation, spark interest and build on existing relationships, professionally and without being pushy
• You enjoy approaching new people — calling prospects and existing customers comes naturally to you, and you see every conversation as a chance to build or revive a relationship
• You live sales, and it shows — you have experience in customer contact, recognise interest quickly, identify potential, understand objections and listen actively
• Motivation, ambition and the drive to beat your own numbers — you set high targets, refine your technique and spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Fluent German and good English — the market you call is German-speaking, our team is international
