The ROTOCON PRO CLEAN is an ultrasonic anilox roller cleaning system that delivers fast, effective, and environmentally responsible deep cleaning of all ink residues and particles. Designed for rollers up to 450 mm, it features a roller-swivelling wheel, a constant-temperature heating system, and 16 ultrasonic transducers to ensure consistent energy distribution and prevent damaging “hot spots.”

The system uses ultrasonic waves to convert electrical energy into kinetic cleaning action, penetrating micro-cells to remove even the most stubborn contaminants. Ideal for label and packaging printers seeking consistent print quality, extended anilox life, and minimal maintenance effort.
