ROTOCON to make its North American debut at LOUPE Americas

ROTOCON will make its North American debut at LOUPE Americas (formerly Labelexpo), alongside its partner, ROTOCON USA, taking place from 15–17 September in Chicago. At Booth 719, visitors will see a fully integrated label production line featuring ROTOCON’s RFP C-Series dual-servo cylinder-based flexographic press, focused on productivity, automation, and responsive support.

Live demonstrations of the press will take place daily at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM, featuring a non-stop unwind with a butt splicer feeding into the RFP 450 mm (17-inch), 8-colour flexo press. The line will finish inline on a 2-spindle non-stop turret rewinder, providing a complete workflow demonstration from unwind through print and rewind.

The press is designed for efficient setup, precise registration, and high-quality label production. Other press features showcased at LOUPE Americas include a BST web guiding system, Phidastien UV LED curing systems, and a Wink SmartGap® adjustable anvil system. Stand visitors can also learn more about the company’s full portfolio of flexo printing and label finishing solutions.

ROTOCON will host a press conference on its stand on Wednesday, 16 September, from 11:00–11:30 am, featuring an introduction to the ROTOCON USA team and a live demonstration of the RFP C-Series flexographic press. Media partners and show visitors are invited to attend.

The event marks an important milestone for ROTOCON and its partnership with ROTOCON USA as the company expands its North American presence with local sales, service, spare parts, and technical support.
